I've created a simple framework for using ByDesign.io to manage your online business. Here's a quick overview:

2. Add sub-pages: Break down each main page into smaller categories (e.g., "Content" could have sub-pages for "YouTube," "Podcast," and "Social Media").
3. Use headings for quarterly planning: Within each sub-page, organize your tasks and notes by month or quarter.
4. Leverage the task features: Set priorities, add tags, and schedule deadlines to keep track of everything.
5. Store important information: Use tables to keep track of login information, course details, and other resources.
6. Capture your ideas: Dedicate a page for brainstorming and capturing future ideas.
