These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase, free trial access, paid membership access, and participation in The Becoming Boss Mastermind (“Program”), offered by Radical Transformation Project LLC d/b/a Faith Mariah (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling in the Program, starting a free trial, purchasing a monthly membership, purchasing an annual membership, upgrading your membership, or accessing the Program in any way, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, start a free trial, or access the Program.

These Terms apply exclusively to The Becoming Boss Mastermind and its related content, community, coaching sessions, live events, bonus resources, and trial offers.
2. Program Overview
The Becoming Boss Mastermind is a business coaching and support membership program designed to provide education, community, accountability, strategic guidance, and live support for online business owners.
Membership may be available through a 14-day free trial, a monthly recurring membership, an annual pay-in-full membership, or another payment option made available by Company at checkout.
Program Deliverables May Include:
Regular live group coaching calls with Faith Mariah and/or a designated coach
Access to the Mastermind member community
Access to the Ask Faith private podcast submission feature, if available
Access to the Messy Action Sprint system
Your 90-day revenue planning framework
Co-working sessions, weekly planning sessions, business retreats, content reviews, guest sessions, and other live events as scheduled
Access to replay areas, private podcast feeds, or call archives as made available for your membership level
Additional trainings, templates, resources, events, and bonuses as provided by Company
The exact deliverables, schedule, coaches, call topics, and resources may change from time to time. Company may modify, replace, expand, pause, or remove Program deliverables at its discretion.
Not Included Unless Specifically Stated:
1:1 coaching
Done-for-you services
Personalized feedback outside designated group spaces
Guaranteed review of every submitted question, post, page, offer, or asset
Guaranteed access to every bonus, vault resource, private podcast feed, or training unless included in your specific membership level
Legal, financial, medical, psychological, tax, or investment advice
The Program provides education, coaching, and support. It does not guarantee any specific business outcome.
3. Faith’s Birthday Pass 14-Day Free Trial
From time to time, Company may offer a promotional 14-day free trial to The Becoming Boss Mastermind, including but not limited to the promotional offer known as Faith’s Birthday Pass.
If you enroll through Faith’s Birthday Pass or another 14-day free trial offer, you receive temporary access to the monthly Becoming Boss Mastermind membership experience for 14 days.
Trial Access Includes:
Your trial may include access to the monthly Mastermind community, selected live calls and events, the 90-day revenue planning framework, co-working or planning opportunities, replay areas, and other monthly membership resources made available to trial members.
Trial Access Does Not Include:
Unless otherwise stated in writing, trial access does not include annual member-only bonuses, annual member-only course vaults, annual-only private podcast feeds, annual-only bonus trainings, 1:1 coaching, or any other resource reserved for annual members.
Card Required:
A valid payment method is required to begin the 14-day free trial.
You will not be charged at the time you begin your trial.
Automatic Conversion to Paid Monthly Membership:
If you do not cancel before your 14-day trial ends, your trial will automatically convert into a paid monthly recurring membership at $97.00 USD every 30 days.
By starting the free trial, you authorize Radical Transformation Project LLC to charge the payment method you provide at checkout for $97.00 USD every 30 days after the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial ends.
How to Cancel During the Trial:
To cancel before your trial converts into a paid monthly membership, you must email:
Your cancellation request must be sent before your 14-day trial ends.
Cancellation requests sent through social media, DMs, comments, voice messages, private community posts, or any method other than email to [email protected] do not qualify as cancellation requests.
If your cancellation request is received before your trial ends, you will not be charged the monthly membership fee.
If your cancellation request is received after the trial has already converted into a paid monthly membership, the monthly membership refund policy applies.
4. Program Length and Access
Trial Members:
Trial access lasts for 14 days beginning on the date and time of enrollment.
If you cancel before the trial ends, access may be removed at or before the end of the trial period.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership automatically converts into a paid monthly membership at $97.00 USD every 30 days.
Monthly Members:
Monthly membership access continues on a rolling 30-day basis.
There is no fixed end date. Your membership continues until you cancel.
Access ends at the conclusion of your current paid billing period following cancellation.
No extensions are provided for non-use, missed sessions, failure to log in, schedule conflicts, technology issues, or lack of participation.
Annual Members:
Annual enrollment grants access for 12 consecutive months beginning on the date of purchase or upgrade.
Once the 12-month term ends, access to annual membership deliverables ends unless the member renews.

5. Annual Membership and Annual Upgrade
The annual Becoming Boss Mastermind membership is available for $997.00 USD per year, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Annual membership may include the full annual member experience, annual member-only resources, course vault access, bonus trainings, private podcast access, or other annual bonuses as made available by Company.
If you upgrade from a trial or monthly membership to an annual membership, your annual membership begins on the date of upgrade unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Company may cancel or replace your monthly billing when you upgrade to annual, depending on the payment processor and checkout system used.
It is your responsibility to review the checkout terms before upgrading.
5a. Faith’s VIP Voxer Day Annual Upgrade Bonus
As part of the Faith’s Birthday Pass promotion, Company may offer an annual upgrade bonus called Faith’s VIP Voxer Day.
To qualify, you must upgrade to the annual Becoming Boss Mastermind membership during the promotional window stated on the sales page, checkout page, or promotional materials.
Faith’s VIP Voxer Day is a private group Voxer coaching day scheduled for June 2026, unless otherwise updated by Company.
This bonus is:
A group Voxer coaching experience
Not private 1:1 Voxer coaching
Not unlimited coaching
Not guaranteed personalized review of every question or asset
Available only to qualifying annual members
Non-transferable
Not redeemable for cash
Not eligible for refund, credit, substitution, or extension if you cannot attend or participate
Company may set reasonable participation guidelines, including question limits, submission deadlines, participation windows, and boundaries around what can be reviewed.
Company may reschedule, modify, or replace the Voxer Day bonus if necessary.
To participate, you must remain an active annual member in good standing at the time the Voxer Day takes place.
6. Payment Terms
You agree to pay the price listed at checkout.
14-Day Free Trial:
A valid payment method is required to begin the trial.
You are not charged at the time you begin the trial.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership automatically converts into a paid monthly membership at $97.00 USD every 30 days.
Monthly Recurring Membership:
Monthly membership is billed at $97.00 USD every 30 days, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Billing continues automatically until you cancel.
You authorize Radical Transformation Project LLC to charge your payment method on file on each billing date.
Promotional pricing, coupon codes, or free trial offers apply only as specifically stated at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, all future billing cycles are charged at the standard monthly rate.
Annual Pay-in-Full:
One payment of $997.00 USD grants 12 months of access to the annual Becoming Boss Mastermind membership, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Payment Plans, Where Offered:
If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for all installments.
Payment plans cannot be canceled once enrollment is complete.
You must maintain an active payment method.
Failed payments may result in paused access until resolved.
7. Cancellation Policy
Trial Members:
To cancel your 14-day free trial before it converts into a paid monthly membership, email:
Your cancellation request must be sent before your trial ends.
If your cancellation request is received before your trial ends, you will not be charged.
If your cancellation request is received after your trial has already converted into a paid monthly membership, your membership is subject to the monthly cancellation and refund policy.
Monthly Members:
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time by emailing:
Cancellation requests must be received at least 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
Cancellation removes access to the membership portal at the end of your current paid billing period.
No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
Annual Members:
Annual memberships do not automatically cancel unless otherwise stated at checkout.
If annual renewal is offered and enabled, renewal terms will be disclosed at checkout.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a partial refund for unused months of an annual membership.
8. Refund Policy
14-Day Free Trial:
There is no refund due during the free trial because no payment is collected when the trial begins.
If you cancel before the trial ends by emailing [email protected], you will not be charged.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership converts into a paid monthly membership, and the monthly refund policy applies.
Monthly Memberships:
All monthly membership payments are final.
No refunds are issued for the current or any prior billing period.
You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
Annual Memberships:
Company offers a 14-day refund period from the date of annual purchase or annual upgrade.
To request a refund, you must email:

Requests submitted via social media, DMs, community posts, comments, or any method other than email to [email protected] do not qualify.
After Day 14, all annual membership sales are final.
No refunds or partial refunds will be issued after the 14-day refund period.
Payment plan commitments must still be completed unless otherwise required by law.
Refund Exclusions:
You are not eligible for a refund because:
You did not use the Program
You forgot you purchased or forgot to cancel
You did not log in
You missed live calls or events
You were unhappy with your progress
You changed your mind
Your schedule changed
Your financial situation changed
You assumed the Program included 1:1 coaching
You expected a guaranteed income result
You attended multiple calls or used multiple resources and then requested a refund based on results
Chargebacks or payment disputes violate these Terms and may result in removal from all Company programs.
9. Coaching Disclaimer and No Guarantee of Results
Company provides education, coaching, community, and strategic support.
Company cannot and does not guarantee income, business results, audience growth, sales, revenue, profit, client acquisition, visibility, confidence, consistency, or any other specific outcome.
Your results depend on your own decisions, effort, implementation, market conditions, audience, offer, pricing, messaging, consistency, and other factors outside Company’s control.
Nothing in the Program constitutes legal, financial, medical, psychological, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
You are responsible for your own business decisions.
10. Community Conduct
You agree not to:
Bully, harass, threaten, or disrespect others
Use discriminatory, hateful, or inflammatory language
Share confidential information outside the group
Screenshot, copy, download, or distribute private member posts or coaching without consent
Spam or pitch members without consent
Use the community for lead scraping or unsolicited outreach
Behave disruptively during calls, events, Voxer experiences, or in the community
Misrepresent your relationship with Company or other members
Company may remove you without refund for violating community standards.
11. Intellectual Property
All Program content is owned by Company.
You receive a limited, non-transferable, personal-use license to access the Program for your own personal and business education.
You may not:
Share your login
Give others access to Program materials
Copy, distribute, reproduce, publish, sell, or share Program content
Use Program materials to create competing offers, courses, memberships, coaching programs, templates, trainings, or frameworks
Claim Company’s materials, methods, language, prompts, templates, or frameworks as your own
Violations may result in termination of access and legal action.
12. Technology Requirements
You are responsible for:
Internet access
Devices capable of viewing content
Updating software, apps, or browsers as needed
Accessing Zoom, Voxer, GoHighLevel, private podcast feeds, or any other tools used for Program delivery
Checking your email and member portal for updates
Company is not responsible for technical issues on your end.
13. Third-Party Tools and Links
The Program may include links to third-party websites, tools, platforms, payment processors, communities, apps, podcast feeds, or services.
Company is not responsible for third-party websites, tools, outages, errors, privacy practices, billing practices, policies, or user experience.
Your use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and policies.
14. Affiliate Disclosure
Some links shared by Company may be affiliate links.
Company may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Affiliate relationships do not change the price you pay unless otherwise stated.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Company harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your participation in the Program, your business decisions, your actions, your misuse of Program materials, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
16. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Program materials are provided “as is.”
Company is not liable for:
Lost income
Lost profits
Business decisions made based on Program content
Results you do or do not experience
Technology issues
Platform outages
Missed calls or events
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
If Company is found liable, damages will not exceed the amount paid by you to Company for the Program in the 30 days preceding the claim.
17. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
Location: St. Augustine, Florida.
No class actions.
No jury trials.
Each party pays its own legal fees unless law requires otherwise.
18. International Users
If you access the Program from outside the United States, you are responsible for following your local laws.
Company makes no representation that the Program is appropriate or available in every country or jurisdiction.
19. Termination of Access
Company may revoke access without refund for:
Non-payment
Failed payments
Chargebacks or payment disputes
Violation of these Terms
Violation of community standards
Disruptive behavior
Misuse of Program materials
Sharing login information
Any conduct Company determines harms the Program, Company, or other members
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the sales page, checkout page, order form, Privacy Policy, and any written promotional terms applicable to your specific purchase or trial constitute the full agreement between the parties.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a promotional sales page, the more specific written terms disclosed at checkout will control.
22. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in full force and effect.
23. Updates to Terms
Company may update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on Company’s website or otherwise made available.
Continued participation in the Program after updates are posted indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
